Important:Cold weather rule is a state law that protects residential utility customers from having their service shut off between Oct. 1 and April 30. If you cannot pay your bill in full, you must call CenterPoint and enroll in a payment plan to avoid disconnection.

  • You may be eligible for Indiana Energy Assistance Program (EAP) to help you pay for home heating costs.
  • Enrolling in payment arrangements allows you to pay a total bill in smaller increments over a set period of time.
  • To help you avoid late payment fees, we offer one-time payment extensions for customers who qualify.
  • Financial assistance through federally funded programs and crisis assistance offered by counties may be available to eligible households.

  • Sign up for payment alerts as a monthly courtesy reminder that your bill is due.
  • Automatic payment with AutoPay makes bill paying simple. Your payment is automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account each month.
  • Reduce clutter and add convenience when you turn off paper bills by signing up for eBill!
  • Authorized payment centers will accept your payment and provide you with a receipt. Payments made at these locations before 5 p.m. are posted to your account on the next business day.
