Rebate applications for equipment installed in 2025 must be submitted by Dec. 31, 2025.
Homebuyers will appreciate it when you build homes that provide the comfort and energy savings that high efficiency natural gas heating equipment provides.
Note: For rebate to apply, the new equipment must be listed and AFUE verified on the current Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) or ENERGY STAR® websites
Contact the dealer that installed the heating system(s) to inquire if their company is submitting the rebate on your behalf, on CenterPoint Energy's dealer-only online rebate form.
If your dealer doesn't submit rebates in the dealer-only processing system, then the dealer should generate a paper rebate submission for you.
Provide your email address to the dealer if you want to receive system generated emails about the status of your rebate submission.
Rebate application must be submitted in the same calendar year that the equipment was installed. See Terms and Conditions for complete information about the rebate deadline.
New Construction rebates are put on a 60 day hold prior to processing for High Efficiency Home program verification. If the home completed the High Efficiency Home program, no rebate will be paid.
From the time that CenterPoint Energy receives the completed rebate application please allow up to 12 weeks for rebate to be processed.
