CenterPoint Energy's Commercial & Industrial programs aim to assist customers in reducing energy usage by offering incentives for energy efficient projects and for load curtailment. The programs also reward participants with incentives for taking energy-efficient measures.
The Industrial Identification Notice Form (PDF) applies to industrial customers who wish to opt-out of our Energy Efficiency programs for 2022. Completed forms must be completed and submitted not later than February 1, 2021 to Industrial_ID_Notice@centerpointenergy.com.

Incentives and training are provided to homebuilders to encourage the construction of high performance homes.
Provides incentives to multifamily project developers who install energy efficient, non-electric water heating.
Promotes the construction and certification of new ENERGY STAR low-rise multifamily complexes by providing incentives and assistance to developers and HERS raters.
