CenterPoint Energy is excited to announce an extension of their business relationship with HomeServe to bring optional home protection plans to CenterPoint Energy’s Indiana and Ohio natural gas customers from HomeServe. Since launching this program in 2018, more than 410,000 customers have signed up for at least one plan from HomeServe. In that time, customers have saved more than $30.9 million in repair costs. Additionally, HomeServe and CenterPoint Energy’s Home Services business are committed to the communities we serve and are pledging $500,000 to local The Salvation Army in Indiana and Ohio Salvation Army over the next 5 years supporting social services benefitting our customers. Eligible CenterPoint Energy natural gas customers in Ohio can sign up for optional service plans to cover repairs to customer-owned gas lines and other systems from HomeServe.
