That's why we are committed to keeping registered critical care customers informed about planned outages that may impact the service, and the medical devices critical care customers depend on. While being registered as critical care provides some protections, it does not guarantee an uninterrupted, regular or continuous power supply. For more information, please see the
Customer Protection Rules for Electric Service or contact your Retail Electric Provider. We encourage registered critical care customers to consider this when creating a plan.
