CenterPoint Energy administers aptitude and skills tests to potential job candidates for a variety of our positions.diversity, inclusion and respect across our work environments and within the communities we serve.

You may be invited to take one of the assessments listed below:

We partner with the Edison Electric Institute, an association of investor-owned utilities, for the CAST, TECH and SO/PD pre-employment tests.

Test brochures and practice tests for these assessments are available to help you prepare. These brochures and practice tests are for informational purposes only and are not a guarantee that an applicant will be successful on a related test battery.
