New homes participating in CenterPoint Energy High Efficiency Homes are eligible for fireplace, qualifying thermostat and laundry rebates.
Your company or your homeowners can receive a rebate when you install a natural gas direct vent fireplace, insert or free-standing stove with electronic ignition. Commercial installations are eligible for fireplace rebates too.
CenterPoint Energy offers rebates for Wi-Fi-enabled programmable or smart thermostats installed in a newly constructed home.
You or your homebuyers can receive a rebate when you purchase and install ENERGY STAR® natural gas dryers in new construction homes.
If the new construction home doesn't complete CenterPoint Energy's High Efficiency Homes program then it will be eligible for natural gas heating system and water heater rebates.
CenterPoint Energy offers rebates on high efficiency natural gas forced-air furnaces, boilers, single package vertical units and combination units (provides space and domestic hot water) in newly constructed homes that did not complete the High Efficiency Homes program.
CenterPoint Energy offers rebates on natural gas power vent, tankless, commercial or indirect water heaters installed in newly constructed homes that didn't participate in the High Efficiency Homes program.
