Joe works with public sector agencies in Texas to design and implement comprehensive energy efficiency, resiliency, and infrastructure modernization solutions.





Jarrett Simon is the leader for CenterPoint Energy’s Electric Energy Efficiency and C&I Customer Relationship Management. He is responsible for electric energy efficiency programs, large C&I customer relationship management and the Reliability Program, which assists customers solve their reliability, resiliency, and/or power quality needs.
