If your natural gas service is disconnected due to nonpayment you can use the button below to have service restored and setup a payment plan or call our Customer Service team between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday at 800-245-2377. ​

Past Due Accounts

If your service is disconnected due to nonpayment, you will be required to pay the following before your natural gas service can be reconnected:

  • Past due balance
  • Late fees
  • Reconnection fees
    • $28.00 standard reconnection
    • ​$840 to $1,975 when digging is required
