Georgianna Nichols
Current Position: Division President, CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric.

Scott Rozzell
Current Position: Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. In addition to the legal affairs of the company, Rozzell is responsible for CenterPoint Energy’s government affairs, corporate communications, corporate compliance and internal audit functions.

Tom Standish
Current Position: Senior Vice President and Group President, Regulated Operations.

Wayne Stinnett, Jr.
Current Position: Division President, CenterPoint Energy Services. CES sells natural gas and related services to commercial, industrial and wholesale customers with a focus on the eastern half of the United States.

Gary Whitlock
Current Position: Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Gary is also responsible for the following functions: accounting, treasury, risk management, tax, strategic planning, business development, emerging businesses, investor relations and information technology.
