Years of exemplary customer service complimented

“This letter is years past due,” began the handwritten letter received this January from a Houston customer. “I’m writing to say thank you.”

The customer wanted supervisors to know that throughout the years, each time she called, employees “have always been so kind and helpful with beautiful personalities.”

She commended meter readers, service employees who responded when she smelled gas, and employees contacted by phone. “You know it’s easy to complain. But how much does it take to say we appreciate and thank you?”
