Service call response exceeds customer expectations

On a routine service call to an Oxford, Miss., residence, C. W. Hairston so impressed the homeowner that she contacted CenterPoint Energy to compliment the service technician’s work. At the customer’s home, he promptly solved a problem with the customer’s outdoor gaslight. Then he took time to answer the new customer’s questions and pointed out both indoor and outdoor gas shutoff valves.

“Further,” the customer added, “he repainted the corroding gas meter outside my house. His response to my service call went way above and beyond the minimum that was necessary.”
