We have always prided ourselves in providing high quality services, and we regret that current market conditions have made it necessary to modestly increase prices to maintain our high standards of service. Our plans continue to offer excellent value, providing reliable protection for your home appliances and systems against unexpected repairs and costs. New pricing on the plans listed below will begin after May 1st, 2026.
Like many businesses, the cost of labor and parts have all risen. We have adjusted our pricing to maintain the high level of service our customers have grown accustomed to.
A majority of customers will see a price increase on Total Repair Plan, Replacement Assistance Plan, Maintenance Plan and Additional Coverage Options on May 1st 2026, unless you are enrolled in a special promotional rate. HSP Repair Plan customers will receive a bill message the month prior to their increase and will also receive a message on their bill the month of the plan increase.
Yes. This change will not affect any promotional terms still in effect that were quoted to you upon enrollment.
