The portal offers a secure, online solution to request and receive whole-building natural gas energy use data and automatically transfers this information to ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager®, where you can track building energy performance.

This shared-cost model provides a free energy audit and pays 50% of the cost for qualifying installed weatherization upgrades and high efficiency equipment replacements.

Receive a 200% Bonus on our standard commercial natural gas equipment rebates (or 3x the standard rebate amount). The building or property must be a commercial account in CenterPoint Energy’s Minnesota service area. Buildings must have a minimum of 5 household units, with a minimum of 66% of units occupied by low-income households.
