Crews from Michels, an authorized contractor from CenterPoint Energy, are working on the intersection of County Road 101 and Central Avenue S. in Wayzata.
This traffic obstruction will last from July 5 to July 8 to include restoration. Afterward the intersection will be returned to normal.
CenterPoint Energy is continuing its project of installing the 12-inch steel pipeline in Wayzata on Central Avenue S.
Crews have moved south, out of the intersection of County Road 101 and Central Avenue S. They will no longer be obstructing or diverting traffic in that intersection.
South of the intersection, crews will be closing Central Avenue S. in both directions to all but local residents. This will happen for at least the next week from the intersection south to E. Circle Drive.
After the E. Circle Drive work is done, crews will return to the intersection of County Road 101 and Central Avenue S. in at least two weeks from June 20.
