For a few months this spring, CenterPoint Energy will replace services in Lowry Hill Neighborhood. Construction work will take place between Logan Ave S and Hennepin Ave from Douglas Ave south to Franklin Ave.
Before construction begins, an authorized contractor will be in the area to locate sewer lines in relation to natural gas lines. This is an important safety measure CenterPoint is required to take. It is possible a technician performing this work will need to access your home to locate sewer lines. Ask to see CenterPoint Energy identification before letting anyone in your home.
