​​Minneapolis - Lincoln Street NE

As a system upgrade project, Michels Corporation, an authorized CenterPoint Energy contractor, will replace approximately 3,326 feet of various diameter steel and plastic pipe with 4,215 feet of 2-inch, 3-inch and 4-inch plastic pipe along 37th Avenue NE and various cross streets.

The work will also include the replacement of approximately 73 natural gas service lines. Construction is expected to begin in early October of 2015 and will require approximately two months to complete the work.
