12/16/2015 Update

Crews from Michels Corporation, an authorized CenterPoint Energy contractor, will finish service line replacements along Chowen Avenue S. today, Wednesday, December 16.

Due to the cold weather, crews from Q3, an authorized CenterPoint Energy contractor, will hydromulch all soft surface areas for erosion control over the winter and blacktop any needed restoration on the street and sidewalks. In the spring, crews will return onsite to complete final restoration.

We understand that the Chowen Avenue S. construction project was an inconvenience to people living, working and commuting in and around the area, so we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to complete all possible restoration in the 2015 construction season.

If you have questions regarding CenterPoint Energy's restoration, please call 612-321-5042 or visit our website.

Even though CenterPoint Energy's 2015 construction season will be coming to a close next month, please continue to visit our website during the off season as 2016 projects in Minneapolis will be added weekly! Thank you.
