In preparation for the city of Crystal’s 2015 road reconstruction project, Michels Corporation, an authorized CenterPoint Energy contractor, will resume construction within the scope of this project in April 2015. Crews finished replacing 8,000 feet of 2-inch bare steel pipe with 2-inch and 6-inch plastic pipe along 58th Avenue N (see map below for detail) this past fall 2014. Service line replacements will resume in April 2015.
