For a monthly fee of $46.95, Home Service Plus Total Repair Plan protects your essential heating and cooling systems and appliances, including:

Central AC

Water heater

Freestanding freezer

Refrigerator

Clothes washer

Clothes dryer

Gas fireplace

Dishwasher

Grill (gas or propane)

Wine refrigerator

Total Repair Plan coverage is available only for single-family homes.  It is not available for Group Homes or other multi-family residences.
