How to enroll 

If you are not registered in My Account Online, you will need to register. 
You will need your account number found on your monthly bill.
If you are already registered in My Account Online, log in and then enroll in
Online Billing from your personalized Account Detail screen.

Once enrolled, you'll begin receiving monthly emails when your bill is ready for you to view and make a payment. View and pay your bill online each month or set up automatic payments.
