Sales

First, we'll schedule a free in-home appointment with one of our representatives to discuss which one of our brand-name products will best suit your needs. During our in-home visit, we'll do a step-by-step analysis to make sure we size the equipment properly to provide your home with maximum comfort and efficiency. This includes:

• A comprehensive heat loss/heat gain assessment that helps size the equipment to your home's requirements.
• Home Efficiency Measurement & Rating - Our representative measures the volume of space being heated or cooled and considers other factors that determine the efficiency of the home, including exposed ceiling and walls, insulation, and size and efficiency of windows and doors.
• Proposal & Recommendation - After completing the analysis, we'll prepare a comprehensive proposal and recommend the options that best suit your needs.

Installation

Once you have chosen the product which best meets your needs, our expert installers will contact you to set up an appointment at your convenience for installation. At that time, they'll explain the entire installation process to you so you know what to expect. When the work is completed, our installers will review everything that was done, making sure you're completely satisfied.
