**Rebate applies only to new natural gas furnaces used as a back-up system for new construction or natural gas retrofits - not for electric heating retrofit to natural gas.
Note: Efficiency will be determined by using the Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) rating system.
- Program is valid Jan. 1, 2010 - December 15, 2010. For any equipment installed between Dec. 15 and Dec. 31, 2010, please contact CenterPoint Energy for advance rebate approval.
- Heating system or Back-up heating system applications must be applied for during the calendar year in which the equipment is installed.
- Equipment must be installed at a location with natural gas service from CenterPoint Energy in Arkansas.
How to receive your rebate

Install qualifying new equipment at a location with natural gas service from CenterPoint Energy in Arkansas for commercial accounts.

Heating system or Back-up heating system applications must be received within 90 days of installation or postmarked by December 31, 2010, whichever comes first. Include copies of the dated invoice and proof of installation. To avoid delays, please submit your paperwork as soon as equipment installation is complete.

Allow six to eight weeks for rebate processing.
*Rebate amounts vary by equipment. Rebate funds are limited and subject to change without prior notice. Requests will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Caps are for one calendar year. Some utility rebates are taxable under Internal Revenue Service rules. Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes.
CenterPoint Energy reserves the right to limit any rebate and conduct on-site inspection of installed equipment. All decisions by CenterPoint Energy regarding energy savings, cost savings, rebate amounts and approvals are final. CenterPoint Energy cannot guarantee energy savings and does not warrant rebated equipment.
