For detailed account information including natural gas usage history, account transaction history, or to enroll in other account services in a secure environment, create your free My Account Online profile.

Online Billing – pay online each month for free
View and pay your monthly CenterPoint Energy bill with this free service. 

Automatic Bank Draft – automatic payment withdrawal    
Never worry about missing a payment again. Sign up for Automatic Bank Draft and your monthly payment will be automatically deducted from your business's bank account.

Credit card or electronic-check payments – pay instantly for a fee
For immediate, one-time payment of your current CenterPoint Energy bill, we work with a third-party vendor, BillMatrix. There is a convenience fee each time you pay your bill by credit card or electronic check using this service.

Billing option

Summary Billing – one bill for multiple (three or more) accounts
Consolidate multiple accounts into a single, monthly statement to simplify your bill paying. You'll still get all the detail you need for each individual account, but pay just one bill.

Other services

Voluntary Fixed Price Option – lock in a natural gas price
Even out your natural gas bill by locking in natural gas prices once a year and enjoying the stability of those costs year ‘round. Enrollment opens each August and is available to a limited number of customers.
