CenterPoint Energy Field Services (CEFS) operates approximately 3,700 miles of gathering pipelines and has 170,000 horsepower of compression. CEFS is connected to more than 5,000 wells and moves more than 1 Bcf of natural gas per day from wellhead to market. Our gathering operation has strategically located assets in the major natural gas producing basins of the mid-continent region, including the Arkoma, Anadarko and ArklaTex natural gas basins.

Our field services business has grown substantially, securing opportunities to build new assets and expand our gathering and processing business to meet the growth needs of our customers. Additionally, our compressor and asset optimization initiatives continue to improve system reliability and efficiencies.
