CenterPoint Energy Services (CES) offers its retail customers convenient payment options. You can enroll in automatic bank draft or make a one-time payment online, by phone, by mail or wire transfer. Please contact Customer Service at 800-495-9880 with questions. All payments are processed through HP Convenience Pay and CES receives no portion of the HP service fees listed below.

AUTOMATIC BANK DRAFT (ABD)

| Instructions | A payment in the amount of your current invoice plus the transaction fee will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the monthly invoice due date. To enroll, please complete the online authorization form or print the authorization form and send it in with a voided check or deposit slip. | |

| You will need your seven-digit CenterPoint Energy Services invoice number to make a payment by Electronic Funds Transfer or credit/debit card. |
ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT)

| Instructions | EFT payments are processed by HP Convenience Pay; funds are withdrawn from your bank account in the amount that you specify. You will need your bank account number and routing number to process a payment. | |
