Program Eligibility
The program targets Hard-to-Reach participants defined as having an annual household income less than 200 percent of the federal poverty guidelines. Please visit http://www.who-inc.org/downloads/PovertyGuidelines.pdf to see if you meet the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
