Agencies in Action Program A program that utilizes area community action agencies and non-profit organizations to deliver energy efficiency services to low-income customers.
A/C Distributor Program Provides incentives to air conditioning distributors who install high-efficiency air conditioners and heat pumps in existing residencies and small businesses.
Hard-To-Reach Standard Offer Program A low-income program that provides a variety of energy efficiency upgrades to homeowners with income levels at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty guideline.
Residential Standard Offer Program
A program that provides incentives to 3rd party contractors for energy efficiency retrofit projects in residences.
Home Performance with ENERGY STAR A program that provides a comprehensive, whole-house approach to improving energy efficiency and comfort in your home.
CenterPoint Energy's Business Energy Efficiency programs assist Commercial and Industrial customers in reducing demand and energy usage. These programs offer incentives that promote the installation of a variety of energy efficiency and load management measures.
Advanced Lighting Program - Commercial Awards incentives to commercial customers who install advanced, high efficiency LED lighting systems for parking garages, parking lots, and other outdoor lighting.
Commercial & Industrial Standard Offer Program A program that offers incentives to energy efficiency service providers who install qualified energy efficiency projects in new or existing commercial and industrial facilities.
Energy Share Load Management Program A load curtailment program that offers incentives to commercial and industrial customers for curtailing or shifting a load when notified. Curtailments can be called between June 1 and Sept. 30.
Healthcare Market Transformation Program A program specifically designed for healthcare facilities, such clinics, hospitals, assisted living/nursing care and medical offices that provides customized solutions that focus on improving energy efficiency. Program services include technical support and cash incentives for efficiency upgrades.
Retro-Commissioning Program A program that promotes the tune-up of existing commercial and industrial buildings by evaluating facility systems and implementing low-cost/no-cost measures.
Sustainable Schools Program
A program offered to public and private schools that provide educational materials and activities that promote environmentally conscious behavior in the staff and students resulting in energy savings at the school and in homes.
Texas Score / CitySmart Program
A program that promotes energy efficiency upgrades at public and private schools, colleges and cities through incentives and services. Services include: planning, financial analysis and technical support.

Energy Star New Homes Program A program that provides incentives and training to homebuilders to encourage the construction of ENERGY STAR labeled homes.
