Customers give CenterPoint Energy’s Home Service Plus® technicians highest customer service marks for major appliance repair
Company receives Angie’s List Super Service Award

MINNEAPOLIS – June 7, 2012 – CenterPoint Energy’s appliance repair and maintenance  Home Service Plus® business was recently awarded the 2011 Angie’s List Super Service Award for its heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) repair services. Based on customer ratings, CenterPoint Energy earned an overall letter grade of ‘A’ on overall experience, price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism.

 
“Only a fraction of the businesses rated on Angie’s List can claim the sterling customer service record of being a Super Service Award winner because we set a high bar,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks.

The Super Service Award is the highest honor bestowed annually to approximately five percent of all local service companies on Angie’s List that have received and upheld a superior service rating. 
Members of Angie’s List rate companies in different categories using report card-style grading, ranging from A through F.
