Thank you for your interest in products and services offered by CenterPoint Energy's Home Service Plus® (HSP)

These Repair and Maintenance Services are available to all homeowners throughout the Twin Cities, and to homeowners in many communities in Greater Minnesota.

You do not need to be a CenterPoint Energy customer to sign up for a Repair Plan.

For only $41.95 per month, the HSP Total Repair Plan covers the following appliances, including multiples of each, in your home:

  • Gas or electric furnace or boiler
  • Gas or electric clothes dryer
  • Gas or electric water heater
  • Gas or electric range
  • Clothes washer
  • Central air conditioner
    or heat pump
  • Dishwasher
  • Freestanding freezer
  • Freestanding icemaker
  • Gas fireplace
  • Gas grill
  • Refrigerator


Important Notice
This form should not be used to report emergencies. If you suspect a natural gas leak, leave your home immediately, go to a safe location and call our natural gas leak hotline at 612-372-5050 or 800-296-9815.

Total Repair Plan coverage is not available for Group Homes or other multi-family residences. Coverage is available for single family homes only. Ask for details.
