Please Note: Due to recent storm events in our Texas service areas we are unable to respond to email requests at this time.  If you need immediate assistance, please call customer service at the number listed for your service area.  We are available to take calls reporting a gas leak or carbon monoxide emergency 24/7.  For any other requests, our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 7AM-7PM.

​ Important Notice

We are complying with the Mayor’s mandatory evacuation order to disconnect customers with flooded homes in the area south of I-10, west of Gessner, north of Briar Forrest, and east of Hwy 6.

Customers in this area should also be alert for imposters posing as CenterPoint evacuation rescuers. Our employees will be accompanied by a fire or police responder. They will wear uniforms and carry i.d. badges. Call the Houston Police to report any suspicious activity.
