CenterPoint Energy's Power-Ready Program is an initiative by the Economic Development Department in collaboration with regional commercial and industrial real estate brokers. The purpose of this joint effort is to promote viable commercial and industrial properties in the Houston area.

Stephanie Wiggins, who manages the program, works closely with the real estate community to identify properties that meet criteria important to commercial and industrial interests.

Making this easily accessible to expanding or relocating c​ompanies reduces the time for site selection and, possibly, development - which may in turn lower project costs.

The sites below are suited to handle electric loads of at least 1,000 amps and are currently available for sale or lease. 

Property listings are subject to the review and approval of the Economic Development Department.
