Wholesale Transmission Service (WTS-TCOS)
Transmission service within the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) is provided under the Substantive Rules of the PUCT, CenterPoint Energy's Tariff Rate Schedule WTS, and ERCOT Protocols.
