In 2009, CNP employees, family members and friends donated 5,371 units of blood. This is an increase of over 700 blood donations from the previous year. CNP and the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center recently honored all Houston-area blood drive coordinators and their assistants at an awards luncheon. Debbie Hafer, secretary at Richmond Warehouse, was named Blood Drive Coordinator of the Year and is pictured with David McClanahan, CNP president and CEO, and Brian G. Gannon, Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center president and CEO. Other awards are listed below:
