The American Heart Association’s 5th Annual Festival of Wines held in Little Rock, Ark., benefitted from CNP volunteer participation. Festival goers enjoyed wine with hors d'oeuvres prepared by local restaurants. Employees poured wine, helped with the silent auction and kept the area tidy.
With more than 600 wines from around the world, the event was the largest wine festival in the state and was attended by more than 1,300 people. Funds raised will go toward research grants in Arkansas and expanding the association’s educational efforts in central Arkansas. Pictured pouring wine is Margaret Richter, OPS support rep. Volunteers from CNP were Tatanya Stewart, Richter, Mike and Karen Crowson, Carrie Stewart, Gerald Loftis and Debbie Jackson.
