On Nov. 6, employees in the Longview, Texas, office received the Campaign Excellence Award from the Greater Longview United Way, the chapter‟s most prestigious employee award. The office, which had a 100 percent participation rate, earned the award for not only meeting, but also surpassing campaign award requirements. “This group‟s generosity toward their fellow citizens has always been exemplary, as was demonstrated again during this year‟s campaign,” said Bill Simms, district director. “Winning the Campaign Excellence Award was clearly a concerted effort by all, and is especially a tribute to Cynthia for being so effective at bringing home to each employee the heartfelt message: Your contribution counts.”
