Current program offerings include:

Energy Star New Homes Program
Provides incentives and training to homebuilders to encourage the construction of ENERGY STAR labeled homes.

Multi-Family Water and Space Heating Program
A program that provides incentives to multi-family project developers who install energy efficient, non-electric water heating in multi-family projects.
