Agencies in Action Program
Residential Energy Efficiency Program
Ceiling Fan CenterPoint Energy’s Agencies in Action is an energy efficiency program  which utilizes area community action agencies and non-profit organizations to deliver energy-efficiency services to CenterPoint Energy’s low-income customers.

The program focuses on providing  comprehensive, whole-house energy efficiency upgrades to income-eligible participants.

Program Eligibility

To be eligible for the program, residents must have an annual household income of less than 200 percent of  the federal poverty guidelines. Please visit http://www.who-inc.org/downloads/PovertyGuidelines.pdf to see if you meet the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
