These residential energy efficiency programs are geared to assist residents in making energy efficient upgrades that reduce energy consumption, save money, and benefit the environment.
Current program offerings include:
A/C Distributor Program
Provides incentives to air conditioning distributors who install 16 SEER or higher high-efficiency air conditioners and heat pumps in existing residences and small businesses.
Advanced Lighting Program
Get discounts at the point of sale for the purchase of advanced, LED high efficiency lighting for a limited time.
Agencies in Action
Low-income customers can receive help through community agencies and non-profit organizations to make their homes more energy efficient.
Optimize your cooling and savings with a free CoolSaver A/C tune-up currently offered through participating retail electric providers for a limited time.
ENERGY STAR® New Homes
Incentives and training are provided to homebuilders to encourage the construction of ENERGY STAR labeled homes.
Hard-To-Reach Standard Offer
Households at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty guideline may qualify for energy efficiency improvements from approved contractors.
Residential Standard Offer Program
Incentives are paid to approved contractors for qualified energy efficiency upgrades made to participating homes.
