What are some of the things you do in a day's work?
I attend political functions, discuss natural gas delivery and electric utility issues with legislators and their staff and respond to their service inquiries.
What's one thing that's unique about your job?
I have the opportunity to interact with every business unit and corporate service department as I prepare to advocate our company’s position before legislators or address issues that their constituents present.
What do you like most about your job?
I enjoy representing a Texas-based corporation before the legislature. I have friends who represent many clients and they always have to explain who they are representing on each matter. There is never any question about which company I work for or represent.
How do you represent/promote CenterPoint Energy in your community?
I represent CenterPoint Energy by serving on the Texas Association of Business Board, Texas Conservative Coalition Board and the Texas State History Museum Foundation.
What is the most important thing you (or any employee) can do to help CenterPoint Energy reach its vision?
