What are some of the things you do in a day's work?
I perform various tasks, such as installing new service poles, transformers and meters. I also go out on trouble calls to assist in restoring single or multiple customers’ power outages.
What do you enjoy about your job? 
I enjoy meeting new people and being able to feel a sense of accomplishment from helping those who are in need, especially the elderly.
What is your favorite part of your job?
I most enjoy the camaraderie that I have with the people I work with. We are a family.
How do you represent/promote CenterPoint Energy in your community?
Each day, when I put on my uniform and go into the community to perform my daily tasks, I attempt to treat customers as I would like to be treated. I show each individual that I come into contact with respect, patience and understanding.
What is the most important thing you (or any employee) can do to help CenterPoint Energy reach its vision?
The best thing that any employee can do to further the CenterPoint Energy vision is to do the best job that he/she can.
