Conducting our business ethically shows our customers, employees, communities, shareholders, and industry partners that we are intent on delivering upon our promises and that they can expect the very best from each of us.
Our Ethics and Compliance Code builds on our strong traditions of doing business the right way. It explains many of the basic rules that apply to our business. Every employee, officer, and director has a responsibility to read and understand these standards and to follow them in their daily work. The guidance in this Code will help you make sure that your actions reflect our expectations and values. Every situation that you face cannot be covered in this Code. If you have questions or concerns, seek advice and get the help you need.
