Our Ethics and Compliance Code builds on our strong traditions of doing business the right way. It explains many of the basic rules that apply to our business. Every employee, officer, and director has a responsibility to read and understand these standards and to follow them in their daily work. The guidance in this Code will help you make sure that your actions reflect our expectations and values. Every situation that you face cannot be covered in this Code.
