Power Alert Service now available for Indiana electric customers

Be in the know about power outages affecting your home or business with free text message*, email, or phone call notifications when the power goes out. You'll get updates on outages and estimated restoration times anywhere you are.

To get started, Access My Account

If you are not enrolled in My Account, you will need to register first to receive Power Alert Service alerts.

Power Alert Service gives you and your contacts:

  • Alerts when outages affect your home or business
  • Restoration time estimates
  • Notice when power is restored

You can add up to 5 text numbers*, 5 emails, and 5 phone numbers to receive power outage alerts.

Not yet registered for My Account? Follow these steps to get Power Alert Service!

  • Register for My Account and sign in
  • Click Login & Accounts
  • Scroll to bottom and expand Notifications
  • Click Edit Settings
